Reticula: A temporal network and hypergraph analysis software package

In the last decade, temporal networks and static hypergraphs have enabled modelling connectivity spreading processes in a wide array of real-world complex systems such as economic transactions, information spreading, brain activity disease spreading. this manuscript, we present Reticula C++ library Python package: A comprehensive suite tools for working with synthetic hypergraphs. This includes various methods creating randomised null models based on data, calculating reachability simulating compartmental networks. The is designed principally an extensible, cache-friendly representation networks, aim easing multi-thread use high-performance computing environment.
